Cindy Auten
Cindy Auten serves as general manager for Telework Exchange, an online community and public-private partnership focused on promoting telework in the government. The organization provides a venue for government employees interested in telework, those who currently telework, assigned coordinators, government managers, information technology professionals, and telework proponents to dialogue on the subject matter.
Since the company’s inception in April 2005, Auten has managed the overall operations of Telework Exchange, including the development of The Teleworker – an online and print newsletter focused on telework, the Telework Exchange Town Hall Meetings and Tele-Vision Awards programs, as well as telework-related research studies. Auten most recently spoke as a guest on the FEDTALK® radio show on Federal News Radio about Telework and the Federal workforce. Auten is often featured as a telework subject matter expert on Federal News Radio, WTOP, and NBC4 News as well as a number of other broadcast, IT, and government media outlets.
Sean Casey, Assistant Superintendent, Technology & Information Systems Services, Lake Travis
Sean Casey
Sean Casey is the Assistant Superintendent for Technology & Information Systems Services.
He serves as the chief information technology officer for the District, identifying opportunities to leverage technology in the areas of instruction (teaching and learning), and administration (management, operations, and strategic planning). The role has expanded significantly in recent years as technology has become a key driver and enabler of innovation in instructional delivery, process engineering, systems management, and fostering a data-driven District culture. Change management, end user support and training, and the supporting strategies to promote effective collaboration and communication have become critical success factors in the District's investment in technology.
Sean has been a classroom teacher (Social Studies, Language Arts, Science, Reading), a technology integration teacher, a campus technology coordinator, and a District technology leader over the past 14 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Texas and a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Systems joint degree from the Computer Science School and Business School of DePaul University. Sean joined Lake Travis ISD in 2004. Sean oversees District technology staff and coordinates campus-based staff towards furthering the goals of the District through the strategic adoption and effective use of technology.

Christopher J. Jordan
Chris Jordan manages the North American Public Sector Accounts for BlackBerry Mobile Voice System at Research In Motion. He is a subject matter expert for voice mobility and fixed mobile convergence and helps customers better understand how to get more value out of their existing telephony infrastructure.
Mark Zentz, Director, Government and Public Sector, Research In Motion
Mark Zentz
Mark has been the Director of Research In Motion's (RIM) North American Public Sector team since 2001. During that time the number of users in the public sector has grown to over one million. Mark is responsible for setting overall strategy for RIM's efforts focused on government, health care and education markets. The current RIM public sector team has over forty members in the United States and Canada. The mission of the RIM Public Sector team is to promote Blackberry as the "Enterprise Platform for Mobility". To date customers in the public sector have installed over 20,000 Blackberry Enterprise Servers making Blackberry the dominant mobile middleware supplier in the public sector.
Prior to joining Research In Motion Mark held management positions with SkyTel (a wireless messaging provider) and Lotus Development (now part of IBM). Mark has been in the messaging and communications areas for the past twenty years.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing.
